Why

When all is good, I sew.

When life throws me a curveball or piles it all on, I sew.

I’ve sewn through sorrow and loss, and healed slowly but surely by working my hands and creating.

I’ve burned the midnight oil on many a last-minute project, but blissfully slept away those few hours post-project, because I MADE SOMETHING.

Give me fabric, a needle and thread and all can be made right and good in my world.
